Admission 2013-2014
Pre-School admission shall be made without any discrimination of caste/religion or region etc. by the admission committee under the Chairmanship of the Principal and assisted by the Headmistress/Incharge. Parents of applicants seeking admission at entry level (Pre-School only) are advised to visit the school fee counter to collect the Registration Form and direct all queries to the Admission Incharge. Parents are required to submit the completed form by 15 January 2013.
For random selection under EWS/Disadvantaged category, draw of lots, if required, will be held under the supervision of Govt. Nominee. No interview or interaction shall be held with the candidates or parents.

3. Criteria for selection
| E.W.S. seats (25%) | Admission in 25% of the seats reserved for E.W.S. shall a) first be offered to eligible candidates residing within 1km of the school. b) Incase vacancy remain unfilled, candidates residing within 3 kms of the school shall be admitted. c) If there are still vacancies then admission shall be offered to other candidates residing within 6 kms of the school. d) d) Candidates residing beyond 6 kms shall be admitted only in case vacancies remain unfilled even after considering all the students within 6 kms area |
| General candidates | General candidates shall be selected / admitted on the 100 points scale based on the school specific criteria as outlined in table below. Candidates applying for Management Quota shall be admitted at the discretion of the management of the school. |

Registration forms for Pre-School shall be available at the fee counter of the school from 01 January 2013 to 15 January 2013 on all working days between 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on payment of Rs.25/- only.
For EWS / Disadvantaged category the common application form prescribed by the Directorate of Education shall be available at the fee counter of the school from 01 January 2013 to 15 January 2013 on all working days between 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., free of cost.
The filled in forms should be deposited in the school on all working days between 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. upto 15 January 2013.
7. Important Documents to be attached
The filled in application form under general category should contain the attested photocopies of the following documents:
a) Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.
b) Two different proofs of residence (Documents issued by Government Department only)
c) One photograph each of the child, mother and father or the guardian as the case may be.
d) Photocopies of proofs in support of school specific criteria.
e) The forms under all categories should be complete in all respects.
The filled in application form under EWS/Disadvantaged category should contain the attested copies of all the required documents as mentioned in the common application form.
