Aimed at conquering the self through intellectual and spiritual conquest, Yoga helps to achieve this objective through physical, mental and spiritual exercise and discipline. As an integral part of the curriculum, students from Class I onwards are initiated to acquire a sound mind and intellect in a sound body through yoga and meditation. It aims at imparting to them mental peace, a poised intellect, decision making power and clarity of thought processes – facilities that instill in them confidence and calmness to face the upheavals of the world with a tranquil mind.
