Freedom in our hearts, patriotism in our souls

SPS, Rohini, hosted a stirring celebration on the auspicious occasion of India’s eightieth Independence Day. The commemoration was more than a ceremonial observance as it ignited a sense of responsibility in young scholars to shape the future towards nation’s progress. The celebration focused on the inspiring vision of ‘Viksit Bharat -2047’ which served as a tribute to the nation’s hard-won freedom with an appeal for building a developed and self-reliant India. Adding a melodious touch to the celebration, the school choir presented a soulful song, dedicated to the theme. A musical-dance rendition by the students in traditional costumes added grace and splendour to the festivity. Indeed, the ‘Independence Day Celebration’ was a reaffirmation to honour our past, contribute to our present and work tirelessly towards progressive India.
